The hosting and maintenance of the sites is always associated with technical support. An excellent multinational provider was bought out by an American company and as a result of which all hosting’s plan advantages were removed, and functionality was reduced to a minimum. Technical support turned out to be so miserable and unprofessional that I had to look for a new provider. However, the administrators failed to properly transfer the database of messages and they were lost.
The next, widely advertised, provider at first provided all the necessary functionality, however, after a couple of years, the quality of support decreased and the moment came when I had to dictate to the administrators what needs to be done to ensure the sites functionality. Tired of the endless problems with their support for the maintenance of sites, I had to look for a new one. As in the previous case, the transfer of databases, by the provider side, was unsuccessful, which led to the loss of 80% of the content, as well as graphics and almost the entire array of photographs.
The new provider so far pleases with technical support and all issues are resolved within one chat session.
